We are very excited to offer a face-to-face conference in March. Our top priority is the health and well-being of our conference participants, presenters, and vendors. As such, we have made the decision to require all attendees to be fully vaccinated. Attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 when checking into the conference.
In addition to the vaccine requirement, we will monitor federal CDC mandates in the weeks leading up to the event. We will also follow any specific health and safety guidelines required by Hotel Roanoke. In the event that we need to implement further safety measures such as mask mandates or social distancing, we will clearly communicate this information to registrants.
While we understand that a vaccine requirement does not guarantee safety, we are committed to following best practices for protecting conference attendees. We will continue to keep this page, and all registrants, updated in the weeks and months leading up to our conference. Please send any questions to email@example.com.
